Built for consultants, not IT.

You already use Toggl for your timesheet reporting. Sumlo is not asking you to switch. It sits on top of what you have and turns your raw tracked hours into something you can actually send to a client.

We built it in three days because we needed it. Every Friday used to be two hours of copy-paste. Now it is thirty seconds.

Sumlo questions.

The ones we get asked most. If yours isn't here, send us an email.

Sumlo is a timesheet-to-report SaaS from Simplepage that turns tracked hours into branded PDF client reports. It connects to Toggl, or takes a CSV export from trackers like Harvest and Clockify, pulls your entries, applies your per-client or per-project rates, and generates a clean, client-ready PDF with your logo, colours and terms on it. Data from our own tracked time made the case for building it: the Friday reporting run across six retainer clients used to take two hours, and with Sumlo the same job takes about 30 seconds. We built the first working version in three days and put it live at sumlo.io, where every plan starts with a free trial of 14 days. Sumlo is aimed at freelancers and small agencies who track time carefully but still end the month sending clients a raw export, a bare invoice, or nothing at all.

Sumlo pricing is split across three plans, each built around how many client reports you send rather than how many hours you track. Solo is for freelancers with a handful of clients: one user, unlimited reports, custom branding and 25 PDF exports a month. Team, at £29 a month, suits growing agencies and raises that to 100 PDF exports a month. Agency, at £79 a month, is for established agencies and adds fully white-label PDFs, meaning no Sumlo mark anywhere on the document, plus unlimited exports. Every plan starts with a free trial of 14 days and you can cancel at any time, so the sensible route is to run one real reporting cycle inside the trial and see whether the reports land well with your clients. Annual billing takes 20% off whichever plan you choose, and payments are handled by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record.

No, Sumlo is built to sit on top of the time tracker you already use rather than replace it. Paste your Toggl API key and Sumlo pulls your entries automatically every 24 hours, with no manual imports to remember. If you track time in Harvest, Clockify or anything else that produces a CSV, upload the export instead and Sumlo treats it exactly the same way. Your team keeps tracking exactly as they do today, in the tool they already know; the only thing that changes is what happens at the end of the week, when the raw hours become a branded report you can actually send to a client.

Branding in Sumlo means the finished PDF looks like it came from your studio, not from a piece of software. You upload your logo, pick your colours and add your terms once, a setup job of about five minutes, and every report after that carries them automatically. Sumlo also does the arithmetic for you, calculating each line according to the per-client or per-project hourly rates you set, handling currency formatting and VAT, and grouping tasks into readable summaries, so the client sees a tidy account of the month rather than a raw export of line items. On the Agency plan the PDFs go fully white-label, which matters if you are an agency reporting to retainer clients under your own name and would rather your tooling stayed invisible. The result reads like something you made deliberately, because as far as your client is concerned, you did.

Yes. Report data from Sumlo exports as CSV with a single click, so the figures drop straight into your accounting software without retyping. You can also download the PDF itself, or have Sumlo email finished reports directly to your clients on a schedule, which turns month-end reporting from a job you do into a thing that simply happens.
